In the summer of 2025, I tore my ACL. During rehabilitation and muscle rebuilding, I realized something frustrating: every part of recovery was fragmented. One app for training. Another for nutrition. Something else for recovery. Nothing worked together — and nothing adapted to how my body actually felt day by day.
I wasn't just training.
I was recovering, adjusting, learning patience, rebuilding strength — physically and mentally. And I couldn't find a single system that understood all of that at once.
That experience is why I founded FoodLoop.
